Terms of Use
These terms explain the basis on which this website is provided and the basis on which we quote for and carry out work. They are a working draft.
Using this website
The content of this website is provided for general information. It is not professional advice for a particular building, and it is not a substitute for a site survey. Descriptions of services, typical timelines and code requirements may not apply to your property.
Requests and quotations
Sending a request through this website does not create a contract. A contract exists only when we have confirmed the scope of work in writing and you have accepted our quotation. Prices given by phone or email are estimates until the scope has been confirmed.
Scheduling and access
We aim to be on site within two business days for work in and around Austin, and to deliver digital reports within 24 hours of the visit. Both depend on safe and timely access to the building, and on the site being available when the visit is booked.
Work performed
Fire alarm inspection, testing, maintenance and installation are performed to NFPA 72 and to the requirements of the authority having jurisdiction for your site. Where existing equipment cannot be repaired or parts are no longer manufactured, we will tell you and set out the options.
Your information
How we handle information submitted through this website is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs and design of this website belong to Korsar-Contracts LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Limitation
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the website alone.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes are subject to the courts of that state.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date below.
